Supporting Your Fertility Journey—Wherever It Leads
Trying to conceive is often portrayed as a straightforward path, but the reality is that fertility journeys come in many forms—and none of them are linear. Whether you’re just starting out, navigating infertility, or exploring alternative paths to parenthood, you’re not alone. As a doula who has walked this road myself, I offer support rooted in lived experience, evidence-based care, and deep compassion.
Infertility Looks Different for Everyone
Infertility isn’t always diagnosed or obvious. It can look like:
• Months or years of negative tests without explanation
• Recurrent pregnancy loss
• Diagnosed conditions like PCOS, endometriosis, or male factor infertility
• Secondary infertility after a previous birth
• Choosing IVF, IUI, donor eggs, or embryos
• Surrogacy or gestational carriers
• Same-sex couples or individuals pursuing parenthood
No matter how it unfolds, your experience is valid—and deserving of care.
Expecting After the Unexpected
I often say I support families who are expecting after the unexpected. This phrase includes those who have experienced loss, infertility, high-risk pregnancy, or are growing their family through surrogacy, donor conception, or as part of the LGBTQ+ community. It’s about holding space for joy and fear, grief and hope, trauma and healing.
My Story + My Philosophy
After years of infertility and loss, I learned that emotional depletion can run just as deep as the physical toll. That journey taught me the power of AND / YET—words that hold the tension of conflicting emotions:
• I’m hopeful and terrified.
• I feel broken and brave.
• It’s been hard, yet I’m still here.
I bring that understanding into every client relationship, offering holistic support that honors your whole self—mind, body, and heart.
